The Avon Squash & Racketball Association AGM will be held on Wednesday, 18th of June 2025 at BAWA, Pavilion, 589 Southmead Road, Filton, Bristol, BS34 7RF

To enable us to cater the right amount of food please complete this form if you are planning on attending.

Items of any other business, including suggestions for rule changes, must reach the Chairman in writing no later than midnight Wednesday, 4th of June 2025.

All nominations for election of Trustees and Committee shall be made in writing no later than Wednesday, 4th of June 2025 and sent to the Chairman.  At the discretion of the Trustees, nominations may be accepted at the AGM.

The Agenda will be published on Wednesday, 4th of June 2025.

Timetable for the evening

6pm - BaD Premier League Shootout featuring 1 player from each Prem A team from both halves. Format is two round robin groups with winners playing off for the trophy. All matches are 1 game to 11 (sudden death at 10 all).

7:30pm - 9pm AGM

9pm - Free drink (one) and food in the bar
